You think that with a city the size of Nashville, there'd be more of a trail of the Jackson 5's first concert there on December 29, 1970. All I could find was a grainy image from a publication called The Kaleidoscope, announcing the Jackson 5's upcoming concert. Pat Adams, the website owner, was a young reporter who had just started writing for the publication. I wrote to Pat, hoping he had attended and could offer a first-person account or a review but, alas! Pat did not attend. He says he wish he had been there, though. He's still keeping the spirit of the J5 alive in Nashville with this nice web tribute, and gave me permission to link to it.
